Per-study pricing

Same published price for every brand.

One formula, the same list price at the same study size. Standardized contracts (MSA + DPA). No redlining, no negotiation, no quote cycle: good research is unbiased, and pricing should be too. Scope your study, see the price, decide on your own time.

Standardized MSA + DPA Pre-activation refund, less a flat 3% No quote cycle, no sales call required; 15 minutes with the founder if you want one

Comparison ranges are illustrative

Drawn from published market-research pricing guides for custom studies of similar scope; actual vendor quotes vary by scope and methodology. Capability rows describe the typical model for each category, not any specific provider; individual vendors’ offerings vary. SweetNote pricing excludes your own print and postage costs, since you ship the physical piece yourself. The dashboard's cross-tenant benchmark unlocks once your comparator — the network excluding you — reaches 10 other contributing brands; until then the dashboard shows your own rate with no comparator. The published per-study price above is real and matches the calculator regardless of network state.

How you pay

Two paths to paid. Same price either way.

The choice is workflow, not price. Pick the path that matches how your team approves spend.

How activation works

Activation-date-gated resolution. Reveal pages go live on your specified activation date, once the study is paid. A card payment counts right away; an invoice counts the day it is paid. Deliverable artifacts (QR ZIP, variable-data CSV) unlock earlier, the moment commercial commitment is recorded (credit-card authorization, or invoice countersignature), so you have print-and-ship lead time. See refund policy →

Continuity

Run one study. Or run one a quarter.

Each study is a one-time charge. The setup work (methodology, brand assets, audience cohorts) stays in your profile. Every study after the first is a CSV upload and a click.

Study templates

Save a methodology + sample frame once. Re-launch with a new audience in seconds.

Brand setup

Logo, colors, fonts, and (coming soon) a custom subdomain. Configure once, applies to every study.

Audience cohorts

Add cohort columns to your CSV (cohort_tier, cohort_region). The dashboard auto-detects them as filter chips. Same column convention every study.

Aggregate results

Past study readouts stay in your portal. Re-launch a similar study against a fresh audience, then view results side-by-side as your network of studies grows.

What buyers ask. Honest answers.

Per-study or subscription?

Per-study. One-time charge per study, no subscription. Setup persists in your profile so the next one is a CSV upload and a click.

Hidden fees?

None for the standard study. The live dashboard for the campaign term (the 30-day window plus a 24-month tail) and a board-ready readout PDF (cover slide to verdict) are both included. The optional Outcome Attribution add-on is included at no charge when enabled (opt-in at scoping), and applies to any methodology. See the Outcome FAQ below for what the add-on buys. Two things sit outside the study price by design: prices exclude applicable taxes, and you handle your own printing and postage (SweetNote never ships).

Cancel after paying? Non-refundable after activation

Before activation = refund any time, less a flat 3% processing fee (waived if the cancellation is on us). After activation = non-refundable except termination-for-cause. Your activation date is the one you set; nothing renders and nothing is non-refundable before it.

When are QR codes generated?

Deliverable artifacts (the QR ZIP and the variable-data CSV) unlock the moment commercial commitment is recorded, a credit-card authorization (seconds), or an invoice countersignature (the invoice is payable by card or bank). That gives you print-and-ship lead time before the reveal pages render. Reveal pages themselves go live only on your specified activation date, and only once the study is paid. If an invoice is still open on that date, the reveals wait until it is paid.

How does invoicing work?

Pay by invoice (Net-30) is one of the published payment paths at checkout, available on any study size, the alternative to credit card in Step 5 of the campaign builder, and the path to use if you're paying by bank. The SOW is auto-generated from your study config in the portal; once you countersign, deliverable artifacts (QR ZIP + variable-data CSV) unlock so you can start printing. Reveal pages go live on your specified activation date once the invoice is paid, so pick a date after you expect to pay it, or pay it sooner. The invoice itself is paid by credit card or bank account on the invoice.

Volume / enterprise / startup discounts?

No. The published graduated rate card is your volume discount, the marginal rate steps down at 500 / 2,000 / 5,000 / 20,000 / 100,000 recipients and applies only to the recipients inside each band (like tax brackets), same card for every brand. There’s no separate enterprise tier and no public discount tier; the published list price is the same for every brand at the same study size.

If your procurement team needs to pay by purchase order, the pay by invoice path above covers that, same published price, Net-30 terms.

Multi-year commitment?

No commitment-for-discount. Per-study is per-study; you can run one a year or one a quarter on the same published formula. The continuity benefit is operational (your templates, brand setup, and audience cohorts persist between studies), not financial.

Why publish pricing?

Custom-quoting gates access, the price is decided after a firm decides whether you're worth their time. Publishing turns the question into "is this the right methodology," not "can I afford to ask."

What is the Outcome Attribution add-on, and what does it cost?

It’s opt-in at study scoping and included at no charge on any methodology, Snapshot through Gift Lift. Brands that wire nothing get the standard study terminating at Action (the CTA click). Brands that enable Outcome Attribution send conversions on one of three paths (the Webhook path, the Click-token path or the Identity-Match CSV path), and the dashboard adds an Outcome KPI: the downstream conversion attributed to the reveal cohort, aggregated per variation (n ≥ 25 floor).

It’s included because closing the loop is the behavior we most want to encourage, and it’s extra setup on your side. Per-recipient amounts are discarded on ingestion. For randomized studies (A/B, Gift A/B, Gift Lift) it’s a causal dollar lift; for Snapshot or Cohort, an associative floor (“at least $X,” since these observe rather than randomize). The attribution window is platform-locked: 30-day primary causal window plus a 31–90-day extended observation tail. Not brand-configurable; uniform across every methodology so causal claims stay defensible.
