How is the moment landing?
Snapshot · no premium
Opens, plays, reactions and next steps, each read over everyone you mailed. The place to start.
1,200 recipients: $4,248
Add a SweetNote QR to the gifts, mailers, and event kits you ship today. Recipients scan a branded reveal page you control; behavioral signals reach your dashboard as the scans land.
Scope the study, brand the page, upload your audience, get your codes, pay your way. ClickTap any step to see how it works.
Pick the research question. Sizing and a running estimate follow on the Recipients step, and the total is confirmed at Payment. This is also the step where you switch on Outcome attribution, included with every design.
Make the recipient’s page yours. Your color, your font, your logo, your message, and soon the web address too: recipients will open the reveal at your own subdomain, yourbrand.thesweetnote.com. Everything saves to your account, so the next study starts halfway there.
Open the live digital reveal in a new tab. The exact render your recipient will see.
Open previewShare your audience your way. Upload a list or send just a number. You print and ship, so addresses are never required. Every recipient still gets their own unique QR, and that one-to-one link is the measurement instrument: it’s what makes each scan its own event to read. Start from the CSV template: one row per recipient; first_name personalizes the greeting, any cohort_* column becomes a filter, address columns are optional pass-through, and every other column rides along and comes back joined to its QR. Running a Gift A/B or Gift Lift? You also route the gift at fulfillment from the per-recipient assignment column we write to your file, attest at scoping that both groups are executed identically, and ship them inside the same 48-hour window.
It fits the way you already ship. You pick the activation date; reveals stay dark until then, so an early scan just sees a friendly “not ready yet” page. Commit, and your print-ready cards land in about a minute: your logo, each name, one unique QR. Print them, tuck them into whatever you’re already shipping, done.
Same paper for every customer: no redlining, no negotiation rounds. We auto-generate your MSA, DPA, and SOW. Nothing charges until you commit; your reveals open on the activation date you set.
Survey vendors scope, recruit, field, then write up. You wait weeks for a readout at the end. We capture the signal as recipients engage, so the moment your window closes, the readout is already written.
Same statistical rigor: a 25-recipient minimum base on every rate, a 95% confidence range on every percentage, one instrument across every brand. Published price · live counts. End to end: about a week of setup, your own print-and-ship lead time (two to four weeks is typical), then the 30-day window from activation; the report is written the day the window closes. Timeline shown is a typical survey example; actual vendor timelines vary.
The questions every brand sending something physical has been asking forever, finally with answers, the day they land.
Illustrative example · sample campaign at n=1,200, not customer results. On a live study, figures like these are measured from real recipient events.
Your outcome data already tells you who acted.
What it can’t show is whether the box was even opened, or whether your moment is what moved them, versus a result you’d have gotten anyway. The scan captures the moment of contact itself: opened, played, reacted — measured as an independent study, so the read holds up in front of your board.
The moment your engagement window closes, your readout is already written: no analyst-hours, no deck draft to wait on. You get a board-ready report and the live dashboard with its final numbers. See an example report → · See the live dashboard →

Money can be the outcome, too. Donations, renewals or purchases can be what the study measures, included at no extra charge and switched on by you at scoping, under the DPA’s Outcome Attribution Schedule. Your own systems match each conversion to the recipient’s anonymous code on your side; we tally it by study group (on a randomized study, the group that code was assigned to at random) over a 30-day primary window, and report aggregates only, never a per-recipient amount.
Physical reach works; the question is what works best for yours. Three questions, in the order most teams ask them.

Gift Lift (two versions, +$4,000) · Gift A/B (2 to 5 gifts, from +$3,000)
Any difference in the physical mailing: gift or none, two designs, two formats, an insert or none. We randomize the list 50/50 and read Reach over everyone sent. Comparing two to five gifts is a Gift A/B.
Gift Lift on 1,200 recipients: $8,248

Gift Lift with a gift · +$4,000
Half the list gets the gift and half does not, at random. You see whether the gift earned the opens it cost, and, with Outcome Attribution on, whether it moved donations, renewals or purchases.
Gift Lift on 1,200 recipients: $8,248
Each price is the published total: the $500 base, the per-recipient rate card and the study premium, the same for every brand. Also on the calculator: Cohort (+$1,500), for how segments differ, and A/B (+$3,000, plus $1,000 per extra variation), for which reveal page performs better.
