What this is. The downloadable brand assets, color and typography reference, and visual-usage rules. Use this page when you need a SweetNote logo for a press article, an academic citation slide, a conference badge, a founding-partner case study, or a procurement document. Operates alongside the Trademark Policy, which is the binding text for permitted and prohibited use.

2. Logo usage rules

2.1 Clear space

Maintain a minimum clear space around the SweetNote logomark equal to the height of the “S” glyph in the SweetNote wordmark (when used in a lockup) or equal to one-quarter of the logomark’s width (when used standalone). No other graphic element, text, image, or border should encroach on the clear space.

2.2 Minimum size

The SweetNote logomark must be displayed at a minimum size of:

Below these sizes the logomark is illegible and may not be used.

2.3 Color application

The canonical SweetNote logomark uses the brand palette colors below. Acceptable color applications:

Prohibited color applications: any application not described above, including any single-color application in a competitor brand’s color, any pattern fill, any gradient applied to the logomark itself, any drop-shadow, or any tinted-white application that would reduce contrast against the background.

2.4 What you may not do with the logo

3. Color palette

The SweetNote palette has two registers depending on the surface:

3.1 Marketing site, Insights portal, transactional emails (Stripe-style modern)

Tokens live in styles/site.css as --sn-*. Pure white surfaces, slate-navy ink, cyan/turquoise spark accent.

TokenSwatchValueUse
--sn-paper#FFFFFFPrimary surface
--sn-paper-deep#F6F9FCSecondary surface, table headers, callouts
--sn-ink-dark#0A2540Primary ink, headings
--sn-ink-soft#425466Body text
--sn-ink-muted#697386Meta text, footnotes
--sn-spark#06B6D4Cyan accent, primary CTA
--sn-spark-deep#0891B2Hover, link border, deeper-cyan accent
--sn-line#E3E8EEHairline borders, dividers

Use this register for any marketing piece about SweetNote: site pages, decks, social cards, LinkedIn banners, press kits, conference materials.

3.2 Recipient-facing reveal page (Surface + Accent)

The recipient-facing reveal page is themed by a Surface + Accent pair, rendered full-bleed — the brand’s chosen surface colour fills the whole reveal, never a header strip. The reveal page is universally brand-deferential — the header carries the brand customer’s own logo, not the SweetNote logo. The only SweetNote attribution on a reveal is the small “Powered by SweetNote” line near the foot of the page. Reveal tokens live in styles/tokens.css as per-reveal overrides (--c-ground surface, --c-accent, --c-ink); the ink auto-contrasts to the surface, so any brand colour stays legible.

This Surface + Accent system is only for the recipient-facing surface. Do not use it for marketing-about-SweetNote materials.

4. Typography

The SweetNote brand uses:

No serifs anywhere in marketing materials. The reveal page uses the typeface the brand customer chooses from a curated, self-hosted palette; those faces are not part of the SweetNote marketing brand.

5. Naming convention (strict)

Please follow the naming convention exactly when referring to SweetNote in your materials:
